The pattern on this dress comes from a photograph. Tucked up against the mountains near Crestone is an ashram. They have a beautiful temple with many beautiful plants and eye-catching flowers. The sun from a window had highlighted only the flowers, leaving the leaves in shadow. I'm happy to have captured this unique moment of perfect lighting.
